No refunds will be issued after that date (only name changes are accepted) For registrations canceled up to 30 days before the event, the refund will be issued up to 30 days after the event, with a €20.00 penalty (administrative fees) The invoice/receipt is issued automatically after payment. Any request to change the billing entity incurs an administrative fee of €20.00.
